Complaint processing

Any complaint received by MJ&Cie will be processed pursuant to the complaints process of the company. This process formalizes the registration and progress of the complaint. MJ&Cie undertakes to acknowledge receipt within 10 days and respond within 2 months.

If the disagreement persists or if the answer to your request is not satisfactory, you can also contact the Ombudsman of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, Ms. Marielle Cohen-Branche, for any complaint relating to financial investment advice  (17 Place de la Bourse, F-75082 Paris cedex 02, www.amf.org), or the Insurance Mediator for any complaint relating to insurance broking services (TSA 50110 – F-75441 Paris cedex 09, www.mediation-assurance.org/Saisir+le+mediateur).
